Satisfied with huge and clean rooms equipped with fresh towels provided, great views and cute terrace. Generally everything was perfect, even so the apartment has very small bathroom. The location was great and stunning and a historical square was easily accessible.

We were in a reasonably spacious apartment not far from the Douro river, and the main attractions in the historic area.

Really enjoyed every moment there. I had a really amazing stay, with location near the center. It was in a great and fab place. I went to nearby Bar o Cais to relax and have a drink.

Spacious apartment near to river bank and the riverfront. As for me location was unbeatable. Amicable staff and no complaints. Rooms for my children as well as a kitchen. Appreciated nice design of the flat. My stay was absolutely amazing; didn't want to leave.

I appreciated contemporary decor and a sofa bed, central heating, and an electronic key card. Could prepare the meal myself - kitchenette was available.

The location of Apartamentos The Arc Carris was absolutely perfect for exploring the waterfront and enjoying a leisurely stroll. We also appreciated the daily cleaning service and the added convenience of a keyless secure entry system. The beds were very comfortable and we were provided with plenty of towels during our stay. Additionally, having a coffee maker with capsules provided was a nice touch.

Although we did experience a few minor inconveniences, such as a lack of wifi code and some traffic noise from the busy street outside, these did not greatly affect our overall experience. The proximity to the waterfront and the comfort of the apartment made up for these small drawbacks.

Enjoyed the staff, they were polite and I felt welcomed. Everything was perfect overall, nonetheless the bathroom was very small. The kitchen had an electric kettle, refrigerators and an oven etc.

This place is a great base for exploring the city, with very clean facilities and a balcony offering a nice view.

Place was beautiful and steps away from a historical square. Had huge room, private bathroom. There was a handy kitchenette, so we mostly cooked breakfast ourselves. Not to mention nice surrounding, very close to a river and hills.
